Once you have your email set up

Goto adsites then click on safelists
Going through the list register with free safelists using your new email
address as the subscribe address.
Each safelist that you register with will send you a confirmation email in
which you must click a link to confirm your membership.

Once you have confirmed your membership you can log in and send your ad to all members of the list

It is a good idea to keep a list of all your safelists.
